Active Time:  15 Minutes
Total Time:  1 Hour 15 Minutes
  1 cup
First you have to catch the fish! Remember not to throw him back!!
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 Tablespoons minced parsley
4 green onions, sliced thin, including tops
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator in a glass container. For grill or oven make a double layer of foil into a "boat" by folding and curving edges up. Spoon baste over a salmon filet and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or just until salmon is firm and flakes easily. Or, grill salmon in boat over medium hot coals, spooning baste over the fish as it cooks.
