T’s Festive Corn Chowdah

1 cup chopped bacon (cooked and crumbled)
4 medium potatoes (½ cubed)
2 cans of festive corn (do not drain)
3 stalks of celery (slice thinly)
2 medium red or purple onions (diced)
2 medium green peppers (diced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ ts white pepper
½ ts of salt
1 tb of parsley
1 pinch rosemary
1 tb paprika
¼ cup flour
3 tb butter
1 box Swanson chicken broth (32 oz)
2 cans Carnation Evaporated Low fat 2 % milk
4 cups milk
On very low heat, melt butter and sautee onions, peppers and celery. Add in all spices and garlic. Add all liquids. Let warm for 20 mins. Add in potatoes and corn. Stir flour in very slowly and add in crumbled bacon. Let cook all day.

(You can cook all day in crock pot or on stove top.)

Added suggestions: 20 mins before cooking is done, you may want to add dumpling. Serve in bread bowl for added enjoyment.
