RECIPE INGREDIENTS
bar rice cake 670g
beef 100g
egg 65g (1 egg)
chopped garlic 12g
spring onion 20g
sesame oil 2g
solt 8g
seaweed powder (a little)
soy sauce 8g
water 1000mL
DIRECTIONS
1.whole no blooded beef boil.


2. raise beef and cut suitably. After cut, again drop to water


3. bar rice cake cut as round and sink them, After sink drop to water(include beef) boil


4.it is boiling, put whisked egg, chopped garlic and spring onion


5. put solt,soy sauce ,season to suit eater's taste


6.finally put sesame oil, seaweed powder
