Turkey & Corn Stroganoff

1 lb. low-fat ground turkey
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bag egg noodles
1 cup frozen sweet corn
1 cup sour cream
1 cup brown gravy
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
Prepare the egg noodles according to the directions on the bag.

Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine in the pan. Add the diced onion and garlic. Cook and stir until onion is just translucent. Add the ground turkey and black pepper. Brown the meat until no longer pink, breaking it up as it is browning. Add the corn, sour cream and brown gravy. Cook until boiling. Remove from heat. Serve over egg noodles.

Note: When noodles are done and drained, add 1 tbsp margarine and stir so they don't stick together.
