this entire recipe is only 250 calories!!!! so healthy for you, its completly vegan and vegetarian, filled with vitamins and your kids will love it!!!!!!!!!!
2 oz pasta or macaroni
1-2 cans of vegetable broth
3-5 sun dried tomato peices
1/4 of a small onion, chopped
1/4 cup of boiled chopped spinach
1 clove of garlic, mashed
1 pinch of dried oregano
1 pinch of dried basil
1 pinch of dried cumin
1 pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
1. spray medium sauce pan with cooking spray and heat. Add onion, sun dried tomatoes, herbs, garlic, and spinach and heat until browned.

2. add pasta into same pan, then add enough broth to cover the pasta. turn heat to high and boil until reduced. repeat this by adding more broth until a creamy sauce forms.

3. plate, and add salt and pepper, let rest for 2-3 minutes to thicken. ENJOY!!!!!!!
