Vegetable Ranch Salad

A great salad for Summer dinners. Easy to prepare ahead of time. Easy to modify with additions or subtractions to taste or what is on hand.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 head of Cauliflower, chopped
1 head Broccoli, chopped
1 small package frozen green peas
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 bunches Green Onions, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Yellow, Orange, or Red bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 pound of Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 pound of Bacon, cooked and crumbled (may be omitted]
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 small bottle of Ranch Salad Dressing, can use Regular, Low-Fat, or Fat-Free
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, adding enough dressing to moisten. Chill several hours before serving
