No meat, no egg, no butter. Very healthy and nuturitious appetizer.
1 cup Flour
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Water
½ Red Peppers
1 Avocado
Half bunch Broccoli
4 tablespoons Frozen Corn
10 Cheery Tomatoes
4 tablspoons  Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Honey
1.5 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2.Make crust. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Work with hands until dough almost holds together. Roll it out and transfer to the 9 inch pie plate with non stick cooking spray and press into the pan. Poke holes in bottom and side of crust and bake for 15 minutes.

3.In the mean time, cut broccoli into flowerets and the stem into bite-size pieces. Boil them until tender.

4.Cut red peppers into bite size. Cut avocado into half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.

5.In a bowl, combine honey, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix well. Add broccoli, avocado, corn, cheery tomatoes. Mix until well coated.

6.In another bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise

7.When the crust is done, spread the sour cream mixture on the bottom of the crust. Place marinated vegetables and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
