My easy MIX N FIX RECIPE.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked chicken pieces
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup fine sliced ginger
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sliced casicums
1 cup sliced white button mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup nuts
1 cup oil
1/4 cup soy
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup chopped cilantro
4 whole green chillies
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil and fry all ingredients till well heated.


Or


Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.


Or


Microwave.


Note:


Increase or decrease the amount to your need.
