A nice spicy Indian snack.
3 cups grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 cup bread crumbs
6 green chillies
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup shredded mint leaves
1/2 a red onion sliced finely
1/2 cup peanuts
1 lemon
1/2 tsp black cumin
1/4 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp mango powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
salt as per taste
1. Roast peanuts, carom seeds, fennel seeds and grind to powder

2. Saute the red onions, black cumin, chillies and ginger till the onions are fried well.

3. Add paneer, and mint leaves and fry for 5 to 10 minutes

4. Mix with roasted peanuts, and other ingredients, and add squeezed lemon.

5. Make 1 inch balls.

6. Roll on bread crumbs.

7. Deep Fry and place on paper towels.
