I- CAN OF SLICED WATERCHESTNUTS
1- PACKAGE OF MEAT MARINADE
1 1.25 OZ OF SOY SAUCE
1- PACKAGE OF COLORED TOOTHPICKS
DIRECTIONS
LAY 1/2 BACON STRIPS ON BOTTOM OF LARGE SAUCE POT,


ADD CHICKEN GIZZARDS,SLICED WATERCHESTNUTS,


ADD SOY SAUCE AND MEAT MARINADE TO POT, (MUST COVER GIZZARDS, WATERCHESTNUTS, ETC.


MARINADE OVER NIGHT.


PLACE BACON STRIPS ON LARGE BREAD BOARD, PLACE GIZZARD ON ONE END OF BACON STRIP, PLACE SLICE WATERCHESTNUT ON TOP OF GIZZARD.


ROLL BACON STRIP UP, SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK
