This is a favorite you will not get in any restaurant. My husband & I love this. I buy one large fillet & cut into 4 pieces leaving us enough leftovers to freeze for 5 meals total! It tastes as good thawed as it does right off the grill.
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
2 tbsp seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp course salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
4  6oz skinless salmon fillets
Grill fish using a pizza stone over a gas grill. Preheat pizza stone first until temperture on grill reaches 325 degrees.

Then turn after 10 minutes making sure fish has been cut into small enough pieces to turn, approx. 6' wide.

Next cover fish with nut mixture and cook another 10 minutes until coating is golden brown and fish is flakey.

After its done, drizzle lightly with honey for great added flavor!
