Warm Fingerling Potato Appetizers

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Fingerling Potatoes (2 per person)
Dried Italian Seasoning
Sour Cream
Cavier
Oil
Salt & Pepper
Chives
DIRECTIONS
Cut potatoes in half and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper and Italian seasoning. Place on cookie sheet, cut side up and bake at 350F until cooked and browned(app. 30 minutes)


Remove from oven, let cool slightly. Place on platter, cut side up and top with sour cream, chive and black cavier. Serve warm or at room temperature.
