White Bean-Tomato salad

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cans Cananali White Kidney Beans
2 cans Red or Black Beans
6  large tomatoes
1 can (small 8oz) tomato sauce (if the seeds are rinsed from the tomatoes)
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 medium onions (white or red)
10 Basil leaves
1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese
1 bottle of KEN'S STEAK HOUSE LIGHT-NORTHER ITALIAN WITH BASIL & ROMANO salad dressing
1 cup low fat Mozzarella cheese (topping)
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a large container


Beans rinsed and drained


tomatoes cut in small chunks (if seeds not wanted rinse) in the place of the juice add 1 can of tomato sauce


yellow and red bell peppers (deseed) cut in small pieces


onions cut in small pieces


10 leaves of basil cut up


add 1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese


pour over the top the KEN'S STEAK HOUSE LIGHT - NORTHER ITALIAN WITH BASIL & ROMANO salad dressing..


mix - chill over night . Will last for quite awhile if not eaten up.


When ready to serve sprinkle 1 cup of Mozzarella low fat cheese on top
