If you want you can skip the candy part and just bake :) I came up with this just thrwing things together I found in my moms pantry and it surprised the crap out of me how good they were lol. If you don't like them spicy just add 1/4 t of Sriracha.
12 raw chicken wings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 bottle Chili Sauce (usually by cocktail sauce) Marsh Grocery Store
1 t Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 c. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
Sea Salt & Coarse Black Pepper to taste
Put wings in a bowl or large ziplock freezer bag, add all ingredients

and toss to coat. Place in fridge to merinate at

least one hour or even overnight if you have the time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put wings in baking dish with

half the merinade (I use glass). Bake for one hr then place

on broiler pan and spoon remaining sauce from dish over them,

broil until candied. (If you add more brown sugar while

broiling it will make them more candied just watch them the

whole time you are broiling they will burn FAST.
