Wiener Paprikash (Hot Dog Stew )

This dish is a favorite in our house, passed down from my Hungarian Parents to me and now my daughters make it all the time The Simply potatoes makes this a easy dish to prepare cuts my cooking time in half no peeling or dicing needed.
1 lb hot dogs (all beef or your favorite)
1 package of Simply potatoes diced with onions
1 large onion diced
2 TB sweet Hungarian Paprika
1/4 cup ketchup
1 can of corn drained
1 TB of olive oil
saute the diced onions in the olive oil until trasparent

cut the hot dogs in bite size pieces add to frying pan and brown lightly

add the simply potatoes, paprika, Ketchup and can of drained corn mix well. add a 1/4 cup of water and cover simmer on med low until potatoes are soft..
