One of the greatest one pot sausage meals you will find. Wonderful buffet dish for parties, tailgating or entertaining.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 pound Italian sausage, any type
1 pound Polish sausage
8 medium potatoes
3 to 4 medium onions, chopped
3 to 4 gloves garlic, minced
6 strips bacon
1 can black olives, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and cut up into bite size pieces.


In a large pot, cook bacon until crisp, remove, crumble and drain on paper towels.


In same pot, cook onions and garlic until tender, remove and drain on paper towels.


Cut sausages into bite size pieces. In same pot, cook sausage until done and remove and drain on paper towels.


Drain pot of all fat. In same pot, combine all ingredients and mix well. Heat and


serve hot.
