- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped capers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Place the yogurt in a small bowl and stir in the garlic, onion, capers, lemon juice and dill.
