Yogurt-Dill Rémoulade

This lively replacement for tartar sauce complements fish and seafood dishes.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup  low-fat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon   minced garlic
2 tablespoons   minced red onion
1 1/2  tablespoons chopped capers
1 1/2  tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon   chopped fresh dill
DIRECTIONS
Place yogurt in a small bowl and stir in garlic, onion, capers, lemon juice and dill.
