Yvonne's Chocolate Chip Orange Muffins

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • One 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips


Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Add the wet to dry ingredients and mix, then add the chocolate chips. Divide the batter among 18 greased muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
