This is one of my variations on a fruity, very hot fresh pepper dip. The cheeses add taste and reduce heat. Very good with tortilla chips and/or raw vegetables. Alternately, can be mixed with long grain white rice or potatoes as a fiery fruity sauce/dip.
5 fresh orange habanero peppers, seeded, membraned, chopped.
32 ounces room temperature Philadelphia (Kraft) ream cheese
1 tbsp. local area honey
2 tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes in oil (chopped)
1 cup shredded  strong cheddar chesse
1 tbsp. Adobo sauce {from canned smoked jalapeno peppers]
1 roasted fresh poblano pepper (skinned, seeded, membraned)
I tbsp. dried minced onion (optional)
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chill for 4 hours (for flavors to combine). serve at room temp after the chill.
