RECIPE INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
Combine flour and all the seasonings in a shallow dish. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a saucepan. Dip each piece of chicken in butter then in flour mixture. Melt remaining butter in a large frying-pan. Add chicken, in batches, then saute until browned and cooked through. Serve with a dipping sauce made from the mustards.
