| Spike fresh oranges with a splash of Grand Marnier for a sophisticated shortcake. A few shavings of bitter chocolate add contrasting color and flavor. |
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
| 2 teaspoons grated orange zest |
| 5 oranges, peeled and sectioned, with their juice, soaked in 1/3 cup Grand Marnier liqueur, and sprinkled with 1/4 cup light brown sugar |

DIRECTIONS
Add the orange zest to the basic biscuit dough. Assemble the shortcakes as directed in the text and sprinkle with the bitter chocolate.
