| RECIPE METHOD
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Position rack in center of oven. Butter 9-inch-diameter cake pan with 2-inch-high sides. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. Whisk milk, egg and oil in medium bowl. Stir in dry
ingredients. Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and place on rack to cool.
