White Chip Macadamia Coconut Crisps Recipe
Source: www.BnBFinder.com

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 sticks softened butter
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

RECIPE METHOD

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Cream butter and sugars on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth (the color should become lighter as it gets fluffier). Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined. Add chips, coconut and nuts until combined.

Drop on parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet in 325 degrees F oven (310 degrees F convection)for about 12-14 minutes until just slightly brown. Cookies become crispier as they cool. For a chewier cookie, decrease cooking time by about 2 minutes; crispier, increase by about 2 minutes.
