This works very well, does well in the dishwasher. It is weighted nicely, so does not tip over when left in the pan or bowl.

I love this whisk. Great for non-stick surfaces and it beats eggs well, 5 times faster (it seems). It is also great when sauteing vegetables and making sauces and gravy. I needed one of these 20 years ago!!
