The Cuisipro Twist Whisk is made of stainless steel and high heat resistant silicone, and yet is scratch-resistant to ceramic, metal and non-stick surfaces. Originally, this product was purchased solely for the occasions when it's necessary to mix in a non-stick pan. However, it's so much more efficient than my conventional whisk, that now it's always the first whisk out of the drawer. The design allows you to mix faster with less effort. It's a winner.

I bought this to use with my nonstick cookwear but now I find myself grabbing it anytime I need to beat eggs, whisk a sauce, etc. It makes the job go quicker (I don't know why, but who cares?) It works well and I'm glad I ordered it. I love my red whisk!
