Slightly Hesitant - Pleasantly Surprised!

I was a little leary about ordering this grill pan because of our first experience with a double burner pan. The first one cooked unevenly, burned the food directly over the flame and was very hard to clean. This one is a cook's dream come true. The first thing we cooked in it was bacon, and it cooked evenly, the grease fell to the bottom on the pan so no need to worry about grease splatter and it cleaned up very nicely. It is bigger than I expected and was able to cook more food at once and save time preparing your meal. A great deal for the money, especially when the other websites I checked out were offering it for $10.00 more. If you're looking for a grill pan, stop looking and order it here, you'll be glad you did.

The only reason I didn't give the item a 5 was because, for me, it's a bit bigger than I wanted. However, if you have a bigger family instead of 1 person it would be great. I used it for a one pan meal for myself and it was great!

It's not as great a cast iron one which, can with stand super high heat, but it is good enough. For not so heavy cooking or very high heat. I still like it.
