We are proud to introduce this 13” enamel light cast iron wok with nonstick interior that we believe is the ultimate wok for healthy cooking. Light Cast Iron provides all the benefits of cooking with regular cast iron, without the extra weight.

This is a good size & weight pan. Cooks beautifully. I don't know how the non-stick coating will hold up, but so far this is a great purchase!

I've only used it once (for pot stickers). It was great! It was definitely non-stick. And, the weight of the wok with food in it is really light. I finished off sauteing the pot stickers by adding a bit of water and steaming them. End result was wonderful. Washing the wok was great too. Only thing I noticed (after it was dried and back on its shelf) was that it still contained some oil residue, as if I hadn't washed it. I'll try washing it more thoroughly next time and see the results. I really love the wok.

I have been looking for healthier ways to cook food, and really had not intended to by a wok. In fact, I was looking for a recipe on mashed potatoes when I saw this. I am always fascinated with multi-purposed utensils, and was very drawn by the description. After some deliberation, I took a chance. What was advertised was what I got. So far, I have enjoyed it and have not been disappointed. I got an attractive, comfortable item that I enjoy cooking with. The handles and grips make it easy to handle the wok. The lid makes it thankfully easy to see to check on what’s cooking. So far the cast iron and ceramic components have also met expectations- it may be light, but it’s good, quality material. The insert piece that allows for steaming is what sold this for me anyway, and it has been perfect for my needs. I think I have been easy on it so far, so I look forward to more active cooking with it. However, so far – way thumbs up from me.

I am picky when it comes to buying cookware and believe that most items are not worth their fancy price. I carefully reviewed Jaden's remarks about why she created this wok and the features she insisted on including. Since I have an induction cooktop, I've had to replace many of my tried and true pans with compatible pieces, so I've been picky about the replacements. This wok delivers on all fronts promised by Jaden. It's a great size--not too big or too small. I love the glass lid so I can see what is cooking without raising the lid. The steam hole in the lid keeps the lid from rattling or spitting. Although this wok is lighter than some of similar size, I'm still glad to have the helper handle to ensure easy movement of the pan. I like having the heat protective handles, too. The length of the main handle is also manageable, meaning I can fit it in my normal storage spaces. The steaming insert is a nice bonus and means this wok will be used for cooking both Asian and non-Asian recipes. Performance of the pan has been excellent. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a versatile wok that will be more than just a "specialty" pan in your kitchen. A great value for the price.
