I watched Rachael Ray use this on her show and I thought she makes it look so easy. I ordered it and tried it with garlic and it was easy! I worked really nice. I also used it to zest/grate lemon and lime peel and couldn't believe how easy it worked. I was very impressed with how easy it was to zest/grate lime peel. I definitely believe it is a tool that should be in any standard kitchen. LOVE IT!!!

Do not find it as sharp as the Medium Professional grater. I like it but not as much as the medium

I have always had an issue with getting my garlic chopped up small enough. With the fine grater, you get all the garlic taste without the trouble fo getting it chopped up fine enough. I love it!!!!
