I had to return one set of these dishes because one salad plate had a chip in it. I returned it to UPS on Feb. 14 & have heard nothing since. I need a service for eight, so have not been able to use what I have. I feel it was a hardship to return the whole set of dishes because of one salad plate.

Really like these dishes. Especially the lip, not easy to spill from them and the cups are a decent size since I prefer a mug to a tiny cup. Plus the sale price and the free shipping were great.

I love these place settings. I have 3 different colors. I wish there were more serving pieces and open stock pieces such as smaller bowls and plates for fruit and dessert. The colors are great.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. Had to return once in order to get a 16 pc. set. Poor quality - defects on the top of the plates and sides of the cups. Have numerous RR pots and pans and bakeware - quality of those are beyond compare! Sure can't say the same for the dinnerware. Would not, and haven't recommended these to other RR lovers.

I loved that this Rachael Ray product was on sale. I ordered it immediately because I also loved all of the following: the color, the style of the mugs, the depth of the cereal bowls, the round and square style of the dinner & salad plates. After receiving the product, I noticed that the dinner and salad plates held more food! Mugs are very deep. I cook for men. The men in my family especially loved the deep cereal bowls. The Red Dinnerware Set has a lot of pieces and is dishwasher and microwave safe and,as I mentioned,it was on sale!! Does not get any better than that!! Happy mom.

I ordered 2 purple dinnerware sets. In one box there was three(3) dinner plates with a bubble in it. It is just too much trouble to return. Beside that, the dinnerware looks great in my newly decorated kitchen. The dishes are on the heavy side.
