    Love My Teapot!

I really bought this teakettle because I could get it in red to help accessorize my kitchen. After having used it, I wonder now why I didn't order it sooner. It holds more water than my older stainless steel one and I was amazed at how quickly the water seems to boil. The design is reminiscent of teakettles of long ago and the color automatically draws one's eye to the stove when you walk into the room. I love my teapot!!

Good quality. I did not realize it was speckled and thought it would be more of an apple or cherry red. It's a bit darker in color than I like. Love the style, but wish it was a whistle kettle.

    Traditional Teakettle

I found myself needing a new teakettle after the stainless steel one I have been using for who knows how long decided to buckle like on the bottom and rock violently during heating on a flattop glass electric stove I've had longer than the stainless steel kettle. Because of the "alleged incident" I was torn about purchasing anything but after a week or two of using a pot to heat my water for tea I decided what the heck after searching every store in my area for a replacement. All I saw apppeared to be junk for the price and so I ordered the kettle in Robin's Egg Blue. It's a gorgeous color looks good with bisque/almond appliances in my kitchen. Is of very higher quality materials from what I saw in the stores. Pours very well - no more almost scalding myself opening little flap on old whistling tea kettle. Paula's kettle does not have a whistle but I am getting use to it. Is used on a daily basis,so far extremely happy I purchased it. May someday when I can afford it purchase pots and pan set in same color as teakettle.

I wanted a tea pot that did not whistle. This one is very attractive sitting on my stove and works well. I have received several compliments on it. Love the color!
