I live in an old colonial (1772) and like to maintain a vintage aura. I looked for a new tea kettle on numerous sites and found exactly what I wanted on Cooking .com.

It's looks so good, it stays on top of the oven. The rubber handle and knob are absolutely great.I truly love it!

Teakettle about $10.00 too high, but I love all of the Paula line. I really like the color. Goes very nicely in my new home. We have a log cabin.We have 2 griddles that we purchased from QVC at great prices.Also have matching mixing bowls and measuring cups and spoons. Would love to have a set of matching dinnerware if they were reasonably priced.

Love my new Paula Deen Teakettle! I use a teakettle every day (several times a day) & am really hard on them. My new PD teakettle is just perfect--nice weight, beautiful color, handle doesn't get hot & is a great value for the price. Really glad I ordered it. However, I would like to purchase a griddle in orange also but can't find one.

The teakettle is nice looking and sturdy but priced too high. It looks nice on my stovetop but the first thing my teenager said was does it whistle? No it doesn't which brought my enthusiasm for it down a notch. lol The initial cost was pricey though I conceded because I liked it so much. I was shocked when the shipping fee was added to it. This brought the total cost to ridiculous.

The picture online was a little ighter then what the color actually is but it still looks great on my stove...I love Paula and I love my new pot but after a week the screw that holds the top knob in fell out.. guess they didnt tighten it enough at the factory.. No problem thought... I still love it...

I love it! I'm hoping the enamel doesn't come off on my glass stovetop, however. I noticed that mentioned in the info sent with the teakettle. I love the looks of it and it looks well made.

This teapot works well and I love how the spout is thin and curved it pours with such ease. The only problem was it came with a dent in the lid. It doesn't affect the performance of the teapot but it shouldn't have a defect. I didn't notice till after all the paper work got thrown out. I just love the color though it really is pretty!!

I love my new teakettle, but after using it for over 2 weeks, I find a few problems. 1. Where the handle is connected to the kettle pat, next to the spout, it leaks when I tip the kettle, especially if I boil a full kettle of water. 2. When pouring a full kettle of water I have to hold it at a odd angle so that I don't burn my hand. Other than that, like I said, I love the kettle.
