These stadium seats had all the features for which I was looking, but that did not overcome the discomfort of the seat. The back has an aluminum bar across the top which protrudes into one's back when sitting on the seat and the seat was much too firm.

arm rests are too low and not firmly attached to chair; hard to secure to bleacher; seat is comfortable, like the storage pockets and warmer pockets; convenient carrying handles; overall good product

The quality of this product was very poor. The Velcro didn't keep the chair secure to the bleacher. There wasn't any back support. It was not comfortable.
