Scrape the last bit of cake batter out of a bowl or stir a savory spaghetti sauce in the pan with this Rachael Ray 3-pc. Tools & Gadgets Spoonula Set, a convenient set of tools that does double duty in your kitchen serving as both shallow spoons and sturdy spatulas. The set includes three spoonulas in 9.5-, 10- and 12.5-inch lengths, so you can choose just the right tool for any particular mixing, scooping or scraping job. The silicone heads are designed to withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F and the handles are heat safe to 350 degrees F, so you can confidently dip your spoon into a bubbling stew to mix in your favorite herbs or scrape pan drippings off the bottom of a sizzling skillet when preparing a rich gravy. These spoonulas won't hold odors or flavors, even when you're cooking foods with tomato sauce, garlic or onions as featured ingredients, and they are durable enough to lift and flip larger food items without bending or warping. After you're done scraping icing out of a mixing bowl, pulling the last baked beans out of a can or folding over the delicate sides of a cheese-filled omelette, you can quickly and easily wash these spoonulas in the dishwasher and store them on a nearby hook using the hole cutouts at the end of each handle.
Durable nylon and silicone cooking tools hold up well to high heat and heavy use
Shaped for use as shallow spoons or sturdy spatulas
The large spoonula is LARGE!! The pics don't do it justice,Great for family cooking. The medium is great for all purpose and the small(not too small) is great to clean out jars and not so big jobs! Also they come apart for proper cleaning!!
I like the shape of these better than to former blade type rubber scrapers. These fit into all the corners and can also be used as a spoon to serve what you are preparing. The heat resistant feature is also great when working with them in the frying pan.
I love these! I liked to cook before, but when you have the right tools to do it, it makes it that much more enjoyable. I love the bright green color...makes it easy to find in a cluttered drawer. I used these everyday and would definately recommend these to others!
I was actually looking for Le Creuset spoonulas which you did not have so this was my second choice. They are very nice and sturdy and I think that my daughter will like them. They were part of a Christmas gift.
I like using the spoonulas for frying veggies and ground or stew sized pieces of meat. They are also great for mixing and scraping out bowls. That makes them suitable for a wide range of cooking, where having the little extra curve makes it easier to move food around.
This is an additional tool in the kitchen, not a replacement for a spatula. You'll still need a real spatula for flipping eggs, pancakes, and hamburgers!
The different sizes are great. I mostly use the middle and larger sizes for most of my tasks, but the smaller one is great when I need to scrape out a small bowl.
I really like the blue color and it goes well with my kitchen aid mixer :-) Although, I also like the fact that it comes in different colors which means I can get them for gifts and still be able to tell which ones are mine :-)
