Slightly Hesitant - Pleasantly Surprised!

I was a little leary about ordering this grill pan because of our first experience with a double burner pan. The first one cooked unevenly, burned the food directly over the flame and was very hard to clean. This one is a cook's dream come true. The first thing we cooked in it was bacon, and it cooked evenly, the grease fell to the bottom on the pan so no need to worry about grease splatter and it cleaned up very nicely. It is bigger than I expected and was able to cook more food at once and save time preparing your meal. A great deal for the money, especially when the other websites I checked out were offering it for $10.00 more. If you're looking for a grill pan, stop looking and order it here, you'll be glad you did.

Bought Many Brands

I have bought many brands of cookware but this is my first time buying Calphalon. I am sold! This is the best I have used hands down. It cooks evenly and with less oil for healthier cooking. Calphalon will be my cookware brand from now on.
