Keep your kitchen clean and maximize your time with a multipurpose Rachael Ray 6.5-inch Tools and Gadgets Bench Scrape. A bench knife or scrape is a must-have tool in a busy kitchen. It's great for keeping your workspace tidy--scoop scraps right into the trash without getting your hands dirty, or scrape up excess flour after rolling out a pie crust. It's especially handy for garlic--simply crush the clove with the flat edge, mince it with the blade, then scrape it cleanly off the cutting board and into the pan. The Rachael Ray bench scrape is also great for transferring chopped foods directly from your cutting board and into the pot, making it an ideal gadget for prepping savory vegetable soups and stir fries. It's also an excellent tool for loosening and lifting delicate pastry doughs from the countertop. The wide stainless-steel surface on this kitchen gadget is dishwasher safe and the edge is safe to use on almost all kitchen surfaces. The ribbed handle is ergonomically designed to be easy on your hand and fit the curve of your fingers. The imported tool is available in a wide array of colors. This 6.5-inch Tools and Gadgets bench scrape also makes a great gift.
Stainless steel surface resists rusting and staining
I love this thing. I bought a different kind of bench scrapper, but it didn't have the cool sides on it to keep the food from sliding out both ends. This is great. Very effective and easy to hold and manipulate. You can really scoop up a lot of ingredients at one time! Thanks Rach!
I have bought other scrapers in the past and they were uncomfortable to hold and didn't scrape things up easily. I made homemade pot pie last week and this worked perferctly to scrape and lift the dough off the counter because I roll my dough very thin and other scrapers would smash the dough or tear it.
I love that little food processer and a bought one of those bench scrapers for my daughter and she was so thankful and absoultly loved it. I still have the email and I want to buy 1 more of the 3 cup processors at that price of $39.99 for my sister. but I have to wait until I have the money hopefully soon. I love your producst and choice of colors you offer. Thanks again.
It is sturdy, and it has a beveled edge and a grippy handle. You'll find a hundred uses for it besides scraping dough off the board. Crush garlic, scoop veggies into the pot. portion doughs, etc. My new essential kitchen tool.
I couldn't live without a bench scraper, but this one is one better - it has sides on it to hold ingredients as you transfer them! It's all I can do to keep my husband from taking it to HIS tool bench!
I love how this scraper fits in my hand and will pick up a large amount then move around without tidbits falling off. Plus the blue handle is textured so it won't slide in my hand. AND I bought it on sale, too!! Yes, I did the happy dance on this one! lol
