The 6.5-in. Orange Bench Scrape is something I was interested in getting for a long time. It is definitely nice to have but in all honesty I could have managed without it. I forget to use it as much as I would like to. I tend to use flexible cutting boards and just pick the board up and dump it into the pot/pan when the chopping is done. The Bench Scrape is durable and is a great quality product. I really like the metal walls on the sides of the bench scrape that help to not drop the cut up pieces when transferring them!
