great product i have the larger one but i use it so often i needed another. i love that it comes apart..as my other one does, and goes in the dishwasher. sharp, comfortable. easy to use. love ever thing i get from cooking.com

Bought this to replace my Wusthof shears that went missing mysteriously during a kitchen refinishing job. Though I had other brands on hand, I really wanted these top-notch shears, with the useful take-apart feature.
