I received it just in time for Valentine's Day and used it that day to bake a quiche. The dish looked beautiful on the table. So festive! Oh, and it baked evenly too.

Scalloped edges are bigger and more distinct plus blue is close to Cobalt. The newer version is lighter blue - not indigo - more of a deep French. Even though the quality is not as good as the older version - still very pretty and durable
