Ribs in cooking surface

the ribs in the cooking surface reduces fat from the steak and gives the steak nice char lined. The foods cooked in this pan are a lot healthier than a regular pan. Clean-up is a snap and the eveness of heat is great.

I love this pan for grilling fish its just the right size , and fish doesn't stick also it cooks evenly.
