Emeril's used to be available at our local grocery store. My husband fell in love with this sauce because it has great flavor. And he's gone through a lot of sauces to find one that he can use on everything. We now order this a few times a year in larger quantities, some for home, some for work and some not to run out!

I first tried this sauce several years ago, but now none of the grocery stores in my area carry this sauce (hint, hint). I LOVE this sauce. It has the best combo of heat and flavor, without being overpowering at all. I use this in place of Tabasco in all my recipes. I will always have a bottle of this in my house!
