I love roses and love to cook with roses. This book has a great number of possibilities and is fun, but many of the older recioes require an expert knowledge of old cooking techniques or utensils. Thus, many of these recipes are simply impossible for a non-expert to understand and/or follow. A glossary and a list of recommended substitutions would have been very helpful.
