This will be the last pizza stone I ever buy. Well...maybe not the last because I love it so much I will probably buy another one to give to my daughter!
This pizza stone does exactly as described by previous reviewers: the pizzas do not stick, and you can cut them right on the stone, there are no marks from a knife or a pizza cutter. The stone washes up so easily and looks beautiful. I can't stop making pizza! Love it.
The stone is wonderful. It has handles! Why didn't anyone think of this before? And it's great because you can use a pizza wheel on the stone and it doesn't scratch. This was a very good buy.
What's not to like about this new ceramic pizza stone from Emile Henry .....it's beautiful, it's easy to move from oven or grill to table, thanks to the raised handles, and a pizza cutting wheel can be rolled over it without damage. It takes a while longer to get it sufficiently hot than the similar Lodge cast iron pizza "stone," but once properly heated, it does a great job of cooking pizza. I found that my large Weber charcoal grill does not get quite hot enough to smoke and finish a pizza in a fair amount of time, but a combination of starting one in a very hot oven, then taking it out and moving it to the Weber grill for a few minutes and then placing it back in the hot oven to finish to a brown and bubbling state was perfect for creating something close to a wood-fired oven pizza. This thing is a pleasure to use and is easy to clean. High marks!

I got these for my husband - they do a very nice job, and clean up very easily. If you cook two pizzas at once, the crust of the one on the upper rack doesn't get as crispy. Also experimented with putting the bottom one on the floor of the oven - the crust got too done, and there was some scorching on the stone, which took some elbow grease to get off (but even all the scrubbing didn't damage the stone in any way). Under normal conditions, they are a breeze to clean up. Very happy with this purchase, and although a big pricey, it's a quality product - you're getting very good value for your money.
My roomate used my pizza stone and was facinated by it and when he left asked if I had an extra one, so I ordered this for him. It was boxed beautifully, Had lots of info on useage and was a great gift for him. (I hope he reads the info included). It is very well made and should last for years with proper use.
We love this stone. I have one in a beautiful royal blue that I have had for years. It still looks fantastic, even though I occasionally burn things on it and always use a metal cutter directly on the stone. It has been used in the oven to 450 and also on the grill. Makes FANTASTIC pizza on the grill!!!! Words cannot describe the crust, it is delicious. The fig color is a bit muted for my taste, wish I had ordered either the black or red but the stones are worth the price for sure.
