Keeps butter nice and soft. During hot, humid temperatures the butter remains soft and not melted.

Love the butter bell crock. So nice to have spreadable butter, that is soft, sweet and fresh tasting. This is the best way to do this. Works for margarine a well.

The butter bell does exactly what it is supposed to do, keeps butter soft. The one problem I noticed was that when the butter is soft, it tends to lose flavor quality.
