Had to replace my older grinders, so i picked out these William Bounds Stainless salt and pepper grinders and am glad i did. They grind very well and look great. For the non-cooks in the house who need salt or pepper, the clear window helps them distinguish easier between the salt and pepper. But performance wise, i couldn't ask for more.
