Customer Reviews
The inside cylinder grip was not good
As I used this to measure solids, like shortening or peanut butter, it would slide too easily to another measurement and I had to readjust it to what I needed. When I tried to measure liquid, the poor grip of the cylinder inside would leak the liquid. I had to measure and pour quick. I was disappointed in this newer version of this type of measuring cup. I have had the older version for years, but it cracked on the outside and needed to be replaced. I even ordered two extra, to give away as gifts, but now I may not do so.

Quick measuring for messy ingredients and no waste. I too saw this on "Good Eats" and had to have one. Great gadget.

I wish I had not wasted money on this. When extended up for larger amounts, it moves and tilts, so that the measurement is not accurate. When I measured 1/3 cup of sugar some of the sugar fell between the two containers, and I had to take it apart to continue. I ended up using my standard type of measuring cups. I don't think it will get much use.
