I thought I was getting a companion cookbook

I love, love, love America's Test Kitchen and I loan the DVD's out all the time to friends. My only complaint is that after the shows air on PBS, there is usually a promo to purchase Season "__" and receive a companion cookbook, free shipping.....The promo offers an 800 number to order the merchandise OR the website. So I get to the website, find season 7 right away, go through the purchasing process and never once do I see a prompt about a companion cookbook or free shipping, etc. I can't remember what I figured out but I think what I should have done is go to the cookbooks section instead of the DVD section. You should know that "companion cookbook" to me indicates that the cookbook is the supporting element, not the main event. If your PBS ads stated: "order the cookbook for season whatever and receive the companion DVD's...." I would have intuitively known that I needed to begin my order process in the cookbook section. I requested that a companion cookbook be included in my order for season 7 while I was still in the ordering process and when I received the DVD's w/out the cookbook I emailed ATK and asked them to send me one. I never got one, nor a response to my email.
I think the people there are stubborn and refuse to acknowledge that it IS a big deal if your TV promo states that ordering can be accomplished through the website and the customer goes to the website and it is not obvious which offer matches the ad you just saw.
