It would have been helpful if I could have seen sample recipes, via internet, before purchasing the book. I am not an experienced cook. I also live in a rural area that is extremely limited on cooking items/supplies. It would have helped to see what items were in recipes before purchase.

Add discussion on braising or not braising raw meats possibly? Another discussion on the value of having a well stocked pantry? Both publications well worth the money.

My family loves all the meals I've been making and it couldn't be easier or quicker for me. I especially love the pictures of each recipe-I dislike cookbooks without pictures because you can't see if it looks good enough to make or not. So, a picture with every recipe in htis cookbook is great. I really like Sandra Lee's show too! The extra tips she gives go a long way. Thanks
