although I would have preferred a hard cover - i paid for what i got - and am very pleased with the book and the pictures make it all worth while - i love knowing what my first time dish is supposed to look like - everything i've tried so far of Sandra Lee's is tasty and easy - Chinese Braised Shortribs -- Rock - look it up!

I am glad I ordered this book. I have recommended this book to others that I know would find it very helpful as well. I no longer feel like I am making the same old dinners.

My first use of it was preparing a dish for a family reunion and it came out great! I received several comments and one request for the recipe. That's not bad for a single old man.
