Please use care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. We suggest placing the liquid first and then the ice. Please also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher. These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler. For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use. Dishwasher & microwave safe.

We love these glasses. We got one as a gift with a logo on it some time ago and were happy to find them available at Cooking.com. We immediately ordered 4 more and use them for all sorts of beverages, hot and cold.

Are they fragile? Yes, they are. I knocked one over in the middle of the night and have learned my lesson. The lesson is this: don't bang these glasses around, don't drop them, and don't dump them into a sink with other dishes. If you follow these rules, you will be rewarded with a very nice product that keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. Very aesthetically pleasing, too. Every time we use these at a party, we get compliments on the beauty of the drink. We now have these in three sizes, and if I had cupboard room, we'd have even more sizes.

We bought a few more of these glasses to make a whole set because we like them so much. They are one of the few that can hold a whole 12 soda plus ice. Everyone always comments on how cool they when new people see them. The only shortcomming would be that they are not a great glass around kids. They are fairly fragile and cost a little too much to keep replacing.

Love these glasses - we use them for espresso. Also we have cleaned them several times in the dishwasher without any problems.
