This cooking rub is amazing. I add crushed red pepper flakes to give my chicken an extra zing.

Smelling this rub, I didn't think it would be my cup of tea, but my wife and I both liked it a lot. It's got the familiar Flay heat to it, but it doesn't overpower. I recommend it.

There was hardly any taste. I was expecting something pretty fantastic and what a disappointment. I would never waste my money on this ever again.

While in Las Vegas, we checked out Mesa Grill, one of Bobby Flay's resturants, and purchased his 16 Spice Poultry Rub. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE it! there was no seal on the jar and it didnt pop when i opened it, u could barely smell the spices in it. it was pretty much stale.

I've had many different types of poultry rubs over the years as I prefer a dry rub over a wet sauce. Bobby's Mesa Grill Poultry Rub by far is the best I've ever tasted. The blend is well balanced and not overly salted. I would recomend this rub over any currently on the market. Bobby definately hit a home run with this!

My wife loves this rub!!! It's her favorite thing at Mesa Grill!! The only negative was that the rub was all hard/stuck together so I had to break it all up, as if it was on the shelf a bit. Otherwise, quite happy!!

I ordered from you any stead of from the Bobby Flay website because they wanted an exorbitant shipping fee for this one item so I am grateful to you for having the item for a lot less shipping. I will probably order more when I run out because we like this spice a lot.
