Our insulated, double wall glass is handmade by expert artisans. Because this glass is mouth-blown, each one may have slight differences in height, thickness & weight. Please use care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. We suggest placing the liquid first and then the ice. Please also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher. These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler. For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use. Dishwasher & microwave safe.

These glasses are excellent- really does keep hot things hot and cold things cold. These glasses are so cool even my husband want to replace all of our glass ware with this style.

Love these! I waited so long to order them and I wished I had done it much sooner. They are insulated to keep drinks cold and they look so elegant, yet they are durable. LOVE them.

We have wine on our deck alot and I hate glasses that "sweat". These work beautifully for wine and are just the right size. I love them and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic glasses - they do exactly as they claim. The 12 oz is the perfect size for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I have washed them several times in the dishwasher without incident.

We bought a few more of these glasses to make a whole set because we like them so much. They are one of the few that can hold a whole 12 soda plus ice. Everyone always comments on how cool they when new people see them. The only shortcomming would be that they are not a great glass around kids. They are fairly fragile and cost a little too much to keep replacing.

The glasses are great for hot and cold drinks. You don't have to worry about coasters since they don't sweat. This size is perfect for almost any beverage. Cooking.Com had the best price and inventory of Bodum I could find.

Are they fragile? Yes, they are. I knocked one over in the middle of the night and have learned my lesson. The lesson is this: don't bang these glasses around, don't drop them, and don't dump them into a sink with other dishes. If you follow these rules, you will be rewarded with a very nice product that keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot. Very aesthetically pleasing, too. Every time we use these at a party, we get compliments on the beauty of the drink. We now have these in three sizes, and if I had cupboard room, we'd have even more sizes.
